Stainless steel agitator tank is a widely used equipment in the fields of chemical,pharmaceutical,food,water treatment,etc.It mainly consists of a tank body,a mixer,a transmission device,a shaft seal device,etc.
一、Component composition
Stainless steel agitator tanks are usually composed of core components such as mixing tank body,mixing tank cover,mixer,support,transmission device,and shaft seal device.In addition,heating or cooling devices can be configured according to specific process requirements.
二、Material selection
The tank body,lid,agitator,shaft seal and other key components of the mixing tank are all made of high-quality stainless steel 304 or 316 materials,ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
三、Connection method
Flange sealing or welding connection can be used between the tank body and the tank cover to achieve a tight and reliable connection effect.Both connection methods can ensure that there will be no material leakage during the operation of the mixing tank.In order to meet various process requirements such as feeding,discharging,observation,temperature measurement,pressure measurement,steam distillation,and safe venting,corresponding process pipe holes are opened on the mixing tank and tank cover.
四、Transmission and Mixing
1.Transmission device:The upper part of the mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission device(such as a motor or reducer),which precisely drives the mixer inside the tank for efficient mixing through a transmission shaft.
2.Shaft sealing device:The shaft sealing device adopts various forms,such as machine seal,packing or labyrinth seal,to ensure the sealing effect and smooth operation of the mixer.
3.Blender form:The agitator itself can also be selected in various forms such as slurry,anchor,frame,or spiral according to needs to meet different mixing requirements.
五、Heating and cooling
The configuration of heating or cooling devices is often tailored to specific material processing and production processes.
1.Heating method:The temperature should be controlled below 230℃,and the operating pressure should not exceed 0.1Mpa.The heating method can be flexibly selected according to production conditions,including circulation of media such as hot oil and direct electric heating.Hot oil circulation refers to the process of guiding hot oil to be heated to a specific temperature in a dedicated heating tank and then transported through a hot oil pump for circulation;Direct electric heating is achieved by installing an electric heating tube on the jacket to quickly heat the heat transfer oil,and the heating temperature can be adjusted according to actual needs.
2.Cooling cycle:By circulating water inside and outside the jacket,the material is ensured to be within the appropriate temperature range,thereby avoiding the formation of lumps or stickiness.
